Mindful meditation is a mental training practice that combines meditation with mindfulness- the ability to stay fully resent and aware of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding without judgement. Instead of trying to change or suppress thoughts, you observe them calmly and return your focus to the present moment, often using the breath as an anchor.
